What metals do you use? Are they hypoallergenic?
All Meadow & Mae earrings feature gold-plated and silver-plated posts and hooks. Most people with sensitive ears can wear these metals with no issues, but please know we cannot guarantee they will be hypoallergenic for every person.
Additional hardware, such as jump rings and other pieces that don't go into the ear piercing, are typically brass.
I want to buy a style that is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
We typically update the shop with brand new styles and restock popular sold out designs around once a month. If you want to make sure you don't miss our shop updates, make sure to follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our emails!
Are your earrings for sale in any stores?
We have several wholesale partners across the country who sell our designs, but we are always looking to expand! If you know of a retailer that would like to carry our line of products, get in touch with us or refer them to our wholesale page!
Do I have to pay for shipping if I'm local?
Yes. We do not currently offer local pickup options. However, shipping is always free on orders over $50!

What is your return policy?
For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, with the exception of items that arrive damaged and/or defective. Please read and review all product listings and your shopping cart before completing your order.
